Manage and monitor your imports
See what is running, what finished, and what it collected.
Every import you have run is listed in the Leads section, with controls for each one.
The per-import menu
Click the ••• menu to the left of an import to open its actions.
Rename. Import names default to something forgettable. Renaming is worth doing while you still remember what the list was for.
Archive. Hides the import from the default view without deleting anything. Archived imports remain reachable.
Delete. Removes the import.
Pause, stop and resume. Available while an import is still running. Pause one to let another go first, or stop it if the search turned out wrong.
Managing the queue
Imports run one at a time. If you have queued several and one matters more, pause the running import — the next in line starts, and the paused one resumes when you let it.
Anything still in progress is visible in the task progress tracker at the top of the sidebar.
