Actions you can run from a pipeline column
Message, label or move everyone in a stage at once.
Click the ⁝ menu at the top right of any column to act on everyone in it at once. Actions apply to the whole column by default; filters narrow that down.
Messaging
Send a message. A LinkedIn message to every selected member, sent progressively with delays rather than all at once.
Request a connection. A connection request to everyone in the column.
Moving people
Move to another column — within the same pipeline. You can narrow who moves by:
- All members of the column
- Only a limited number of them
- Is a connection
- Is invited
- Has a conversation
- Has answered
- Is an open profile
- Has a label
Move to another pipeline — pick the target pipeline and column.
Remove from pipeline — they leave the board and stay in LinkedLeads.
Organising
Add labels and remove labels, across everyone selected.
Data
Update profiles. Fetches full LinkedIn details for each profile in the column.
Export CSV. Downloads everyone in the column with their data.
Structure
Delete column. Removes the column. Members are not deleted; they simply leave the pipeline.
Add webhook. Fires a webhook whenever a member enters this column — the building block for connecting LinkedLeads to your other tools.
How they run
Anything that touches LinkedIn runs asynchronously, with built-in delays. Watch progress in Asynchronous tasks in the main sidebar, under the logo. Everything else happens immediately.
