Why a Sales Navigator import stops at 2,500 leads
The per-search daily ceiling, and how to import a larger search.
Your Sales Navigator search says “10,000+” results, but the import brings back 2,500. That is Sales Navigator's own ceiling, not a LinkedLeads one.
Where the number comes from
Sales Navigator only shows the first 100 pages of any search, and each page holds 25 profiles. 100 × 25 = 2,500. Everything past that is counted in the total but never actually served, to any tool or to you scrolling by hand.
How to get the rest
Split the search into narrower searches that each return fewer than 2,500 results, and import them separately. Filters worth splitting on:
- Job title or seniority
- Industry
- Company headcount
- Geography
- Keywords
Two searches of 1,800 each will give you 3,600 leads. One search of 3,600 will give you 2,500.
It is worth doing anyway
Narrower searches are better inputs regardless of the ceiling. A list built from one tight set of filters is easier to write a relevant opening message for than a broad list you have to segment afterwards.
