The extension is not installed or not enabled. Open chrome://extensions
and check that LinkedLeads is there and switched on.
An ad blocker is in the way. AdBlock and similar extensions can block the
requests LinkedLeads makes. Disable it for app.linkedleadsapp.com and try
again.
You are on a browser that fights extensions. Sidekick in particular conflicts with Chrome extensions. Use Chrome, Edge, Brave or another mainstream Chromium browser.
One more worth checking: the extension has to be installed in the same browser profile that is signed in to LinkedIn. If you have a work profile and a personal one, it is easy to end up with the extension in one and the LinkedIn session in the other.
If it still will not sign in
Support will need to see what the browser is reporting. Collecting it takes a minute.

Failed requests
- In the window that opens, go to the Network tab.
- Reload app.linkedleadsapp.com.
- Look for any rows in red — those are the requests that failed.

Sending it in
Screenshot anything red in either tab and email it to [email protected]. The screenshots are what make the difference between a diagnosis and a guess.
