How daily quotas work
What resets each day, what it counts, and where to see what is left.
LinkedLeads caps how much it will do on your behalf in a day. The caps exist to keep your activity inside the range LinkedIn treats as ordinary use.
The limits
| Source | Leads per day |
|---|---|
| Sales Navigator | 2,500 |
| LinkedIn standard search | 80 |
The difference is not arbitrary — LinkedIn tolerates far more from a Sales Navigator session than from ordinary search, so the allowances follow.
What happens when you hit one
Any import still running is paused rather than cancelled. Nothing is lost, and nothing needs restarting: it picks up where it stopped once the quota resets overnight, and finishes on its own.
Where to see what is left
Quotas live in Settings, alongside the connected account they apply to. In multi-account mode each LinkedIn account has its own allowance — they are not pooled, so a heavy day on one account does not eat into another's.
