Why create a team
What a team shares, and what stays private to each member.
A team puts several people's subscriptions under one bill, lets them share the lead lists they import, and gives everyone the same pipeline structure to work in.
One subscription instead of several
The team owner manages everything from one admin account:
- Buy several seats on one plan
- Invite people to join the team
- Assign, revoke and reassign seats whenever you like
Seats are not tied to a person for good. Unassign one and give it to somebody else — which is what makes this workable for agencies and for teams whose membership moves around.
Shared lead lists
Turn on team sharing and every list a member imports — searches, post engagers, event attendees — becomes visible to the whole team.
That gets you:
- Leads distributed across the team without re-exporting
- Fewer people importing the same search twice
- Faster sourcing, because someone has usually already pulled the list
Shared pipeline templates
Team managers can publish pipeline templates for the whole team. Use them to standardise how a sales or recruiting process runs, get new joiners working the same way on day one, and keep everyone's boards comparable.
