Invite and manage account managers

Give someone the run of an account without handing over a password.

In a multi-account workspace you can hand the day-to-day running of connected accounts to other people — without ever giving them a LinkedIn password. Each manager works on behalf of the accounts they have been granted, from the same interface you use.

The two roles

Primary manager. The original administrator of the workspace, and the only one who can reach subscription and billing information, add or remove other managers, or connect new LinkedIn accounts.

Account manager. Works across the accounts they have been granted.

What an account manager can do

  • View and manage inboxes
  • Reply to messages from managed accounts, in that account's name
  • Create and edit automated campaigns
  • Create, organise and update pipelines
  • Create, edit and use message templates
  • Create, edit and apply labels
  • Track campaign performance — reply rates, acceptance rates and the rest

No LinkedIn credentials change hands. Everything happens inside LinkedLeads.

Inviting one

  1. Click the menu button in the top left to open account settings.
  2. Click Account managers.
  3. Click Add account managers at the top of the page.
  4. Enter their first name, last name and email address, then click Invite as account manager.

They appear in your list as Pending until they set their account up. There is no cap on how many managers you can add, and a manager account is free.

What the invitee does

  1. They get an email with a link, and click Accept invitation.
  2. They set a password and click Validate your account.

Their manager account is then active, with access to exactly the LinkedIn accounts they were granted — and nothing else.

Still stuck? Email support and a person will answer.
