Run several LinkedIn accounts in multi-account mode

What multi-account mode changes, and who it is for.

Multi-account mode connects several LinkedIn accounts to one LinkedLeads workspace. It is built for people who manage more than one profile: agencies, freelancers, SDR teams, consultants, anyone running outreach for several clients.

The problem it removes

A browser will only hold one LinkedIn session at a time. Managing three accounts by hand means signing in and out, keeping three browser profiles, or living in private windows — and every one of those invites mistakes with cookies and cached sessions. Tracking several campaigns at once on top of that gets unreliable quickly.

Multi-account mode puts every account in one interface, one click apart.

Each account stays its own

Adding an account does not merge anything. Each one keeps:

  • Its own sending allowance. Quotas are per account, not pooled.
  • Its own inbox. Messages in and out are separated by account.
  • Its own pipelines. A lead progresses on the account that is working it.
  • Its own campaigns. Sequences are built and measured per account.

Campaigns on different accounts run in parallel without interfering, and the statistics stay attributable.

Turning it on

  1. Open Settings.
  2. Click Set mode in the left-hand menu, then Manage LinkedIn accounts.
  3. You land on the list of accounts you manage, with your current LinkedIn account already in it.
