What LinkedLeads is and how it works
A tour of the workspace and what each part of it is for.
LinkedLeads is a LinkedIn automation and CRM workspace. It sits alongside LinkedIn and Sales Navigator: you keep prospecting where you already do, and LinkedLeads gives you somewhere to put the people you find, a sequence to run against them, and a board that shows where each conversation has got to.
It runs as a web app plus a Chrome extension. The extension reads the LinkedIn pages you are looking at and carries out actions in your own session; the web app is where everything you collect is stored and worked.
What it does
Imports leads. Pull profiles out of a LinkedIn search, a Sales Navigator search or saved list, a CSV, a LinkedIn event, or the people who engaged with a post. Names arrive cleaned up, with emoji and stray characters stripped.
Segments them after the fact. Advanced filters let you narrow a list you have already imported, so you do not have to run the search again to change your mind about who is in it.
Runs campaigns. Build a multi-step sequence — profile visit, follow, connection request, message, follow-up — and let it run to a schedule.
Tracks everything on a board. Leads sit on a Kanban pipeline and move between columns as their campaign status changes.
Centralises replies. One inbox for every LinkedIn conversation, with labels, notes, reminders and filters by reply status.
Handles several accounts. Multi-account mode gives each connected LinkedIn account its own inbox, pipelines and campaigns, and lets you switch between them without signing out.
What it does not do
LinkedLeads works with what LinkedIn shows you. It does not look up contact details that are absent from a profile, and it does not sell contact data.
Trying it
Every account starts with a 15-day free trial and no card. The quickest way to get the shape of it is to import one small search, filter it down, and put the result through a two-step campaign.
