How to find your way around
Where the sidebar, the inbox, your lists and your pipelines live.
Everything hangs off the left-hand sidebar, and it is the same on every screen. Here is what each entry is for, top to bottom.
Task progress tracker
Shows the status of the LinkedIn actions LinkedLeads is carrying out for you — profile visits, invitations, messages. Because these run in the background and are paced deliberately, this is where you check whether something is pending, running or finished.
Dashboard
The overview of your campaigns: how many leads have been processed, what proportion of invitations were accepted, what proportion of messages got a reply.
Inbox
Your landing page when you sign in, and where every LinkedIn conversation is synced to.
Actions taken in LinkedLeads happen on LinkedIn too, and the reverse is also true — reply on LinkedIn and the conversation here is up to date.
Leads
All the lists you have imported. From here you can refine and segment a list, or create your own.
Automation
Where campaigns are built: sequences of profile visits, invitations, messages and follow-ups, each step running under rules you set, with statistics at every stage.
CRM pipeline
Your Kanban boards. Each pipeline maps a campaign journey, and leads move from one column to the next as they progress through the sequence.
Message templates
Reusable messages with variables — first name, last name, company, job title, location, industry — which are filled in per lead when the message goes out.
Settings
Daily quotas, API and webhook integrations, team invitations and multi-account access.
Subscription
Your plan, plan changes, invoices and billing history.
Light and dark mode
A switch at the bottom of the sidebar. It changes the app only, and is remembered per browser.
